Hi everyone! For those who don’t know me, I’m Tiffany — wife, mama of five, and lover of rainstorms, wildflowers, good coffee, and flavorful food. I’m the heart and hands behind Wildflower & Wheat.

Artisans through the Generations

I’ve been baking since I was 11, when I first learned our family’s secret cinnamon roll recipe. Since then, I’ve spent over 24 years in the kitchen - barefoot, flour-dusted, dancing, and falling in love with the magic of food that means something. You can also probably find me talking to my food like it’s a houseplant. (It works, I swear.)

I fully believe you can feel food made with love and joy, and today I teach my children the same lessons I was taught as a child.

History in the Baking

As I’ve grown older, I’ve learned that baking isn’t just about understanding the science behind each recipe. It’s about creating food that nourishes your body with more than ingredients — food infused with love, care, and the joy of sharing it with the people you cherish.

Over the last two years, I’ve spent countless hours and hundreds of bakes perfecting each recipe to my standards. Everything we make here is crafted with intention, warmth, and heart.

Each recipe goes through rigorous flavor testing before it ever reaches our menu. My motto is simple: If my family won’t eat it, we won’t feed it to you.

Food is my love language. It’s how I care. It’s how I create joy when the world feels heavy. By bringing people to my table and feeding them.
