Family Business

We’re Ian and Tiffany, husband and wife team, we have a beautifully blended family with six children. Life is loud, schedules are full, and good food isn’t optional, it’s essential. Together we are the heart and hands behind Wildflower & Wheat.

From One Generation to the Next

I’ve been baking since I was 11, when I first learned my Scandinavian nana's secret cinnamon roll recipe. Since then, I’ve spent over 25 years in the kitchen - barefoot, flour-covered, often dancing, and falling in love with the magic of food that means something.

What started as my love for baking is now something my husband Ian and I are building together. We bake side by side, keeping each other grounded in the chaos.

We believe you can feel food made with love and joy.

Our Standards

As we’ve grown into this work, we’ve learned that baking isn’t just about understanding the science behind a recipe, it’s about care, consistency, and feeding people well. Good food should nourish more than hunger. It should feel steady, satisfying, and worth sharing.

Over the last several years, we’ve spent countless hours and thousands of bakes refining each recipe to our standards. Every item is made by hand and tested thoroughly before it ever reaches our menu.

Our rule is simple: if our family wouldn’t eat it, we won’t feed it to you.

Colorado Proud

That same care extends to where our ingredients come from. We believe baking well means sourcing thoughtfully, supporting local growers and producers whenever possible, and choosing ingredients we trust. We are proud members of Colorado Proud, and we do our best to bake with locally sourced ingredients and grains that reflect the place we live and serve.

Baking this way takes more time and more effort and that’s exactly the point.

Food is a Love Language

At Wildflower & Wheat, we believe food should be beautiful, bold, and deeply satisfying. It should nourish, comfort, and bring a sense of steadiness to everyday life.

We bake to care for people - to create moments of warmth, joy, and connection, even when the world feels heavy. Food is part of how we show up for our family and our community. It’s how we gather, slow down, and take care of one another.

Life is hard enough. Your food shouldn’t be.

Welcome to our table. Let’s make life delicious.
