Family Business

Hi! We're Ian and Tiffany. We're a husband and wife team, with a beautifully blended family of 8. Our lives are loud, full of energy, laughter, and plenty of chaos.

Throughout our wild life we've found for us that real food isn’t optional, it’s foundational, and essential. for our health, physically and mentally. In a world that thrives on convenience, we have found our roots in prioritizing real food that nourishes and makes you feel alive.

From One Generation to the Next

I’ve been baking since I was 11, when I first learned my Scandinavian nana's secret cinnamon roll recipe. Since then, I’ve spent over 25 years in the kitchen - barefoot, flour-covered, and falling in love with the magic of food and flavor. How it feels, looks, tastes, and how to give people not just a meal, but an experience.

What started as my love for food is now something my husband Ian and I are building together. We bake side by side, keeping each other grounded in the chaos.

We believe you can feel food made with love and joy.

Our Standards

As we’ve grown into this work, we’ve continued to believe baking isn’t just about understanding the science behind a recipe, it’s about care, consistency, and feeding people well. Good food should nourish more than hunger. It should feel steady, satisfying, and worth sharing.

Over the last several years, we’ve spent countless hours and thousands of bakes refining each recipe to our standards. Every item is made by hand and tested thoroughly before it ever reaches our menu.

Our rule is simple: if our family wouldn’t eat it, we won’t feed it to you.

Colorado Proud

That same care extends to where our ingredients come from. We believe baking well means sourcing thoughtfully, supporting local growers and producers whenever possible, and choosing ingredients we trust. We are members of Colorado Proud, and we do our best to bake with locally sourced ingredients that reflect the place we live and serve.

Baking this way takes more time and more effort... and honestly that’s exactly the point. Supporting our community, farmers, and other makers

Colorado Grain Chain

Wildflower & Wheat is a member and partner of the Colorado Grain Chain (CGC), a nonprofit dedicated to growing and connecting a vibrant, community-centered grain economy here in Colorado.

Being part of the Colorado Grain Chain isn’t just a membership, it’s a partnership rooted in community, stewardship, and a belief that utilizing local grains enriches our lives and empowers our local food economy. We’re honored to stand alongside fellow growers and makers in strengthening Colorado’s grain heritage and shaping a more resilient, flavorful future.

Food is a Love Language

At Wildflower & Wheat, we believe food should be beautiful, bold, and deeply satisfying. It should nourish, comfort, and bring a sense of steadiness to everyday life.

We bake to care for people - to create moments of warmth, joy, and connection, even when the world feels heavy. Food is part of how we show up for our family and our community. It’s how we gather, slow down, and take care of one another.

Life is hard enough. Your food shouldn’t be.

Welcome to our table. Let’s make life delicious.
