Terms of Service – Wildflower & Wheat LLC
By placing an order with Wildflower & Wheat LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both parties while protecting our business and customers.
1. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. No items will be prepared, held, or reserved without full payment.

We accept only the payment methods listed on our website or checkout form. Wildflower & Wheat LLC is not responsible for errors or fees associated with third-party payment processors.
2. Order Confirmation & Fraud Protection

Orders are considered confirmed only when payment has cleared and a confirmation email/message has been sent.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or chargeback schemes.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued to the fullest extent allowed by law, including filing a report with law enforcement and pursuing civil remedies.

Orders placed with stolen or unauthorized payment methods will be reported.
3. Custom & Preorders

All custom or preorders are final and non-refundable once confirmed and paid.

Orders may not be modified or canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
4. Pickup & Abandoned Orders

Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup location and time.

Orders not picked up within 24 hours are considered abandoned and are not eligible for refund, credit, or remake.

We are not responsible for product condition once the order has been picked up or left unrefrigerated for extended periods.
5. Food Safety & Allergens

All items are made in a home kitchen that may contain common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.

We do not offer allergen-free or gluten-free guarantees.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the risk of exposure to allergens.
6. Storage & Quality

Products are best consumed fresh and should be stored as directed.

We are not liable for issues arising from improper handling, storage, or delayed pickup.
7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered for the following reasons:

Wrong item received

Order not fulfilled as described

Verified quality issue (e.g., underbaked or spoiled item)

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup/delivery and accompanied by a photo of the product.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wildflower & Wheat LLC is not responsible for:

Adverse reactions from consumption (including allergy-related incidents)

Loss or damage after pickup

Delays caused by weather, acts of God, or other uncontrollable events
You agree to hold Wildflower & Wheat LLC harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of our products.
9. Intellectual Property
All branding, images, recipes, and content remain the sole property of Wildflower & Wheat LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
10. Policy Updates
These terms may be updated at any time. The most recent version will always be available upon request or on our website. Continued purchases indicate agreement to the latest policy.
