At Wildflower & Wheat, every item is made with care using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our baked goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been prepared or picked up.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please review the following:

Returns

We do not accept returns on food products for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item(s)

  • Your order was not fulfilled (e.g., missing items)

  • There was a clear quality issue (e.g., item burnt or underbaked)

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide a description of the issue

  • Include a clear photo of the product in question, if applicable

We reserve the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, or credit will be issued, based on the circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Orders canceled after this period are not eligible for refund, as ingredients may already be in use and products prepared.

Pickup Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup. Products not picked up within 48 hours are considered forfeited and will not be refunded.
