Handcrafted in small batches and naturally fermented for 48-72 hours for flavor and digestibility, our sourdough features a crisp crust, tender chewy crumb, and balanced tang. Made with simple, quality ingredients, it's a versatile artisan loaf that's equally at home on the dinner table, in a sandwich, or toasted for breakfast.

We're a part of Colorado Proud and all of our products are crafted with care right here in Colorado. We source local ingredients whenever possible - supporting nearby growers and makers while keeping our bread simple, nourishing, and rooted in place.

Basic Ingredients: 

Unbleached Hard Wheat Flour (Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Colorado Grown Wheat (Hard Winter, Certified Organic Einkorn), Water, Sourdough Starter, Avocado Oil, Sea Salt, Honey

No bleach, No bromate, No artificial preservatives.
